  • Development and preparation of a country-specific pre-sales project list, which is discussed with the Bechtle companies on a regular basis and appropriate measures initiated
  • Customers:Perception & Bechtle positioning in the market through strategic customer visits, networking measures, participation in trade fairs Customer situations (PreSales + Transition + company presentation)
  • Relationship management: Establishing and maintaining the relationship with the contact persons from the Bechtle companies supported (including on-site appointments), as well as with all relevant strategic manufacturers
  • Establishing market analysis/ market overview and knowledge of political developments. Development "Go to market"; Structured addressing of new public market segments
  • Development of a Customer Target Plan for the public sector top customers in the respective country (Top 30), discussion and implementation of the CTP with SM/AM and integration

YOUR PROFILE.

  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of Sales experience in Public Sector
  • Passion for building and motivating sales team to higher levels of success
  • Ability to drive sales strategy across a large organization
  • Ability to identify business issues and opportunities
  • Domain expertise of/in the Public Sector and good understanding of government decision making processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively deliver presentations to small and large groups
  • Availability to travel 40% of the time.
